The third season of the Fashion Days project took place on October 25th, 2014. The fashion show included the demonstration of 9 collections from the clothing stores and fashion houses of the Vologda region. The best models of the city Cherepovets, represented by Top Model Face agency and Lavalliere fashion house walked the runway.

Also, the new face of the Fashion Day was revealed on that day. Yulia Romashina was named as successor to the beautiful Irina Mairka. A pleasant surprise for the city was the discovery and a very creative performance by the singer Anastasia, who debuted her song, co-written with Victor Nikitin.

 

Olga Lebedinova, the main producer of the Fashion Day’s project, believes that realization of such events should help to raise funds for the promotion of trade and finance as well as to give the people in need necessary charity support. The funds raised by charity lottery have been sent to gynecology department of 2nd Regional Hospital in Cherepovets.

October 24th, one day before the Fashion Days, is commemorated as the World Polio Day. Poliomyelitis is a horrible infectional dicease which is very dangerous for children. Because of it they have no opportunity to live a full life and to be happy. ROTARY INTERNATIONAL is an organisation which has been fighting against this dicease more than for 20 years. Thanks to ROTARY INTERNATIONAL millions of dollars were raised, many children in the world received polio vaccines, and the young lives were saved.

 

All guests of the Fashion Days took place in a special flashmob for a Polio Plus program support and expressed their solidarity with world movement. Now we can be assured that the Fashion Days have reached a new level.
