MISS USSR UK 2015!

The feast of beauty, music and desing arts took place in London at the scene of Troxy concert venue on May 1, 2015. Twenty the most beautiful girls were competing for crowns and titles MISS USSR UK 2015. Miss USSR UK is the only annual international beauty contest for girls from ex-USSR which takes place in London.

Famous designers, models, public characters and businessmen from the whole world have been paying attention to this unique event for three years. The girls demonstrated glaringly beautiful dresses from Royal British fashion designer Elisabeth Emmanuel which is famous for creating Princess Diana’s wedding dress, Estonian fashion designer Gerli A.Chantell with her unbeliveable haute-couture dresses, delightful swimsuits from Anabel Arto, hats from Russian fashion designers Irina Dobrovolskaya and Mariya Tsigal (Mariya is a famous designer of Russian music stars and media people).

The main organiser of the contest Yulia Titova has united the representatives from many ex-Soviet republics despite press’ opinion about contest as international scandal. The heart of the matter was the idea of unification, but the organisers finally reached their main goal. We have seen the interesting, merry and beautiful show with girls who are united not only by Russian language, but common history, mentality and the culture of many values.

Famous and popular British host Julian Benneth and Lizy Candy were entertaining the guests together with famous performers: Alexander Revva, Loya and Samuel (Russia), Bloom Twins and FosseyTango (UK), Eleonora, SAL (Lithuania) and many others.

The main sponsors of the contest were Visa To Home, Da Travel and Julia Boo Parties. The Fashion Days was one of the partners of Grandl Final 2015, and its producer Olga Kusnetsova was the stage director of the show.

The members of the jury were Alexandr Revva (host of Russian sketch show Comedy Club), Mariya Tsigal (fashion desinger), Chiro Orsini (legendary British restorator), Mariya Pogrebnyak (fashion designer), Oksana Shlyahtich (Miss USSR UK 2014), Farid Haddad (representative of British model agency BMA Models), Danny Lambo (famous British designer from London), Joe Alvarez (famous British photographer) and Yulia Titova (CEO and Founder of Miss USSR UK).
